Job Description & Qualifications

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Leadership and Development Manager and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding employees (in center), assessments and internship program for the Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

Position Description:

Participate in campus recruiting programs and presentations

Participate in employment events such as informational sessions, career fairs, etc.

Assist Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Specialists in on-boarding new employees

Assist with internship program for Technical Assistance Center to ensure well-rounded experience for students

Report feedback and provide efficencies, recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Specialist

Administer employee assessment process when needed to ensure fair and data driven methodology

Assist in interviewing and testing of potential new candidates

Provide support to achieving all Technical Assistance Center objectives and metrics

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 3 years contact center experience with operational background

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree

* Ability to coach and counsel

* Detail orientated and organized

* Proficient computer skills

* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

* Problem solving and critical thinking skills
